Webshift is the project of Roman Ghidenco, a web developer based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Your data is handled by him personally — there is no team or third party with access to it beyond the providers listed below. For any question, write to contact@webshift.dev or call +373 696 77 200.

Data you give us: your name and phone number when you submit a form or the price calculator; your email address if you choose to provide it; the content of your message and the answers you give in the calculator.

Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent, plus the campaign parameters in the address you arrived through (utm_source, utm_campaign and similar).

To answer your request and prepare an offer — this is the only reason we use your name and phone number.

To understand how the site is used and how well our ads perform, in aggregate form.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unsolicited commercial messages.

We process your name, phone number and message on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form. Technical and statistical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working, secure, and in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (email delivery), Telegram (internal notifications about new requests), Vercel (site hosting and performance statistics), Google Analytics (traffic statistics) and Meta Platforms (Pixel and Conversions API, for ad measurement).

Your name, phone and email are not sent to Meta in the clear: they are irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 before transmission. Meta uses them only to match a conversion to an ad.

We do not share your data with anyone else, unless required by law.

We keep contact data for 24 months after our last interaction with you, then delete it. If we work together on a project, we keep the correspondence and documents related to that project for as long as they are needed for the collaboration and for the tax obligations arising from it.

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to contact@webshift.dev. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

The site uses cookies for traffic statistics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Meta Pixel). These are not required for the site to work.

You can block them in your browser settings or with a blocking extension. The site remains fully functional without them.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. We encourage you to re-read it from time to time.
